This retreat is open to women who have a longing to take time to practice self care and bare witness to the potential for how a common experience, in the container of meditation can nurture our spirits and develop a way we walk through the world that is more present, nurturing and ultimately beneficial for all. We will be gathering in the beautiful quaint Village of Bellport, Long Island. The setting offers short walks to the Great South Bay where magnificent sunrises and sunsets can be witnessed. The weekend will be filled with time for silence, personal journaling, wisdom talks, group meditations and discussions, yoga, and delicious plant forward meals by Chef Jen Gorman of Rogue Kitchen. Special time will be set aside on Saturday for a Dream Big, Live Big guided meditation followed by a mastery wheel and vision board development session to help you manifest your best year yet, all with a small group of seekers who are on this path together. We will be meeting and living at the Bellport Inn, a quaint newly renovated warm and inviting space owned by Ivana and John. The weekend will be alcohol and technology free except for those times that are necessary to check in with family or work. This container will allow us to rewind, reset and fill up our cups so that when we leave one another we have more capacity in our hearts to nurture ourselves and all those we love, and a rich community to reach out to when we forget that all this nourishment is always as close to us as “our next breath”.
All bedrooms are outfitted with Matouk and Frette Linens and Towels, Down Comforters, Down Pillows and Locally Crafted Natural Bath Products by Utopia. A pair of Frette slippers will be given to each guest upon arrival compliments of Ivana and John.

Cost: $395 commuter cost (includes meals) or $395 plus room fee (click here for room rates and info). 1st come 1st serve-note you can reserve a room for yourself or split it with a friend or bunk with a fellow participant you may not know). Since our costs for the property are fixed, refunds cannot not be honored however a credit for future retreat will be given.

7:30- 9:30 Formal Orientation - Group Meditation -Move into silence
Sunrise Meditation followed by breakfast
9:15-10:30 Mindful Movement of your choice: Yoga in the main room, run or walk on the many routes available.
10:30-11:45 Group Practice and Wisdom Talk main cottage gathering room
12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch - (we will break silence for lunch and the rest of the afternoon).
1:00- 4:00 pm Dream Big Live Big Guided Meditation, Mastery Wheel and Vision Board creation session
4:00- 6: 15pm Free Time - your choice to journal, practice, rest, read, draw, sign up for one on one teacher session, walk outside, venture down to the bay etc.
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30-9:30 pm Group Sit, group practice, group discussion

9:15-10:30 Mindful movement of your choice, Yoga in the main room, or run or walk on the many routes available.

What you will need:
Layered comfortable clothing
Shoes for outdoor walking meditation (sneakers /light hikers waterproof for morning dew).
Reusable individual water bottle.
A personal journal .
Watch (try to bring an old fashioned one) we are trying to only use technology when necessary
